A few years ago I was asked how I do what I do. I explained that when communicating with the "other side", I must raise my vibrational level while they lower theirs and this facilitates the passing of messages from the other side to loved ones here. I decided that I would create a meditation that will help others to do the same. I asked for assistance from my guides and this meditation was the result.
