Q: How does a reading work?
A: Dennis' readings come from pure love; there is no ego involved whatsoever. He works with his spirit guides, who, together with your own energy and your guides and loved ones on the Other Side, pass information through to him to deliver to you. The key is to have no expectations about what you “want” to hear or who you “expect” to hear from.

Q: What is the best time frame to wait to try and contact a loved one who has crossed over?
A: There is no set time for spirits being able to communicate...some take longer than others; some can come through quite clearly within weeks or even days. We used to say 6 months to 1 year, but have discovered that's no longer the rule. Many are coming through very soon after passing. Those who had a long illness or who had Alzheimers prior to passing can come through right away and communicate very well. In fact, it's even possible to speak with people who are still alive, but are suffering from dementia or Alzheimers, in a coma, or about to make their transition.

Q: What’s the difference between a psychic and a medium?
A: Not all psychics are mediums. All mediums are psychic, and yet not all mediums will give psychic readings. Everyone is psychic…even you! However, not everyone taps into their psychic abilities to be able to give detailed readings. A purely psychic reading will give you information about your life – past, present, and future. A medium will connect with your guides and loved ones on the Other Side, and will deliver messages to you. Some of that information may also pertain to your life’s events if that is the message you’re supposed to hear.

Q: How does mediumship work?
A: As a medium, Dennis is able to connect with people on the Other Side, whether they are loved ones, friends, or spirit guides. Again, and here especially, don't have any expectations...allow whatever messages are for you to come through. Finding a medium who is right for you is not an easy task, and should not be done lightly. You must give permission to both the medium and to the loved one's spirit you are seeking to contact. If there is someone specific you wish to contact, you may give that name to Dennis without any other details. However, be prepared for anyone to come through...they come with love and never without a reason.

Q: I don’t want to hear anything “bad”…
A: If you're not ready to hear something, the information will not be given to Dennis. Only messages that are for your highest good are passed on to you. For example, that may mean you might hear something about health issues you don’t want to hear. But, if you’re supposed to know about something in order to prepare or to take precautions, then the information will come through in a reading. A perfect example is the woman who was told by her father (on the Other Side) that she needed to get a check-up and x-rays of her chest. He also firmly told her to quit smoking. She balked and said she’d just had a mammogram the week before and she was fine. Dennis insisted that she needed to go back to her doctor for a complete check-up, including x-rays. When we heard from her several months later, she thanked us and said the x-rays showed spots on her lungs, and she was undergoing treatment. She also quit smoking! Messages may also come through to prepare you for the departure of loved ones still here. Such was the case with a flight attendant we met years ago while flying back to Seattle. She received an urgent message that she needed to see her mother and not take the next flight she was scheduled to work. Her mom passed 5 days later. Again, only if you’re supposed to hear this information will such information be given to you. 

Q: Where are you based, and can I get an in-person reading?
A: We're based 50 miles north of Seattle, but check our website’s calendar to see when we'll be near your hometown. Keep in mind that in person readings are very limited while we're traveling and doing special engagements.

Q: How effective is a phone reading?
A: Phone readings are as equally effective and accurate as in-person readings. Dennis is a psychic and a medium, which means he is able to connect with loved ones on the Other Side, as well as give psychic messages about past, present, and future events in your life. Dennis works with energy and does not need to have actual contact with the person. 

Q: Can I ask questions?
A: Generally, your questions will be answered before you even ask them. However, it is a good idea to have a list of questions to use as a checklist if you have pressing issues that you'd like to bring up during your reading. That way, you won't forget to ask them. To get the most out of your reading, don't have any expectations...just go with the flow and allow whatever messages are there to come through. Messages always come through for a reason, although you may not recognize it or understand why until some time later.

Q: Do Dennis and Alice do the readings together?
A: During all readings, whether in person or on the phone, Alice is also present. Combining her own energy with that of Dennis, Alice serves as a "listener" and grounder of positive energy. Through her "Imagery From Beyond Spirit Art Designs" drawn only during readings and Messages From Beyond® Circles, Alice often receives messages via her own intuitive process. The messages of the drawings are her interpretation of the information coming through, and are shared with you as a part of the reading process.          

Q: How much is a private reading and how can I schedule mine?
A: The cost for ½ hour and 1 hour readings (same for phone or in-person) are listed on our website’s store. Payment for phone readings can be made by PayPal, or major credit or debit card: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. 
Once your request for a reading is received, you will be contacted either by email or phone to set up a time and date for your reading. You will then be given the conference number and code to call at the time of your reading. All readings are recorded as a courtesy for your convenience, and emailed to you in MP3 format. A copy of the drawing is given to you after your in-person reading, or emailed & texted to you after your phone reading.
You can call us toll free at 877-595-4111 to request an appointment, or email Alice with your phone number, state where you live (so we can honor your time zone) and best times to call you. Readings are scheduled on weekdays between 11am and 7pm PST.  Upon request, other days and times can be accommodated to fit in with your schedule, if needed. We are on Pacific Time and can accommodate late evenings for those in other time zones, if necessary. Q: I think I have psychic abilities. Can Dennis help me develop them?
A: Dennis is able to assist people with tapping into and developing their own natural psychic abilities, and if you'd like a session such as that, it can be done over the phone quite easily. Several of his private readings have actually turned into teaching sessions because that is what the person needed to have at that time. Q: A friend from out-of-town is visiting me soon, and I’d like to order a reading for her as a surprise.
A: Gift certificates are a great way to gift a reading to a friend or relative. Once purchased, we will issue a gift certificate to you. When your friend is ready, she can call us to schedule the date and time for her reading, whether in person or by phone.

Q: Are we allowed to ask questions during the reading? 
A: It's okay to ask questions when Dennis asks you to; he'll begin the reading and bring through as much info as is given to him. It's always okay to ask questions at the end, or during the reading if it pertains to what is being said at the time. All mediums work differently. We prefer that you not get off the phone and regret that you didn't ask about a particular question, issue, or person. That's why we always suggest a check-list. Most questions are answered during the reading before they are asked. We've found that it's perfectly okay to ask a specific question or to ask about a specific person if that person didn't come through. 

Q: Do you do past life regressions?
A: Yes. Past life regressions must be done in person. We use a deep meditative process which means there is no hypnosis involved. Through meditation, Dennis will ask you specific questions about what you’re seeing and experiencing...he is also seeing many of your scenes psychically. You will be aware of the questions being asked but will still be in the meditative state. You will also be viewing your past lives as an “observer” rather than as a “participant”. In this way, you will not relive any of the pain you may be witnessing during the session.
The session usually lasts 1 hour, but set aside at least 1.5 hours to be here. The regression session is guaranteed...if you don't tap into at least 1 past life, there is no charge. The session is recorded and the MP3 provided to you is included in the cost of the session. Q: How do I know I’m not making up or imagining what I see in a regression?
A: Imagination is “imagery”. You’re seeing exactly what your soul is showing you. Many time regressions will show you why you experience specific phobias, pains, flash memories from another life, and why certain people are in your current life and what roles they may have played in your past lives.

In the first chapter of our book, Together Again: Twin Souls Reunite in Love and Life, Dennis recounts 2 specific lives he discovered through his past-life regression session. With specific details that included names, dates, and places, he was able to research these lives in the U.S. Census records. Through the many regressions we’ve done, we know the facts are not being made up or fabricated in any way. Experience it just once, and you’ll know it, too!
